CLASS  SCHEDULE

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS 

Monday through Friday 
6:00am/11:30am/5:30pm

Saturday 10 AM

Warm up, then a strength component, followed by our Workout of the Day (WOD). 
Includes aspects of power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio. Class are thoughtfully programmed and cycled to help you attain your goals. All activities are scalable to any fitness level!

Intimidated by powerlifting and Olympic lifting? Maybe you don't even have an idea what those words even mean. Have no fear! We've all been there. This is where we teach you everything you need to know to be successful in class.  

Elements is 4 classes total, structured in a 1:1 teacher to student ratio.
