FUNCTIONAL FITNESS 

Monday through Friday 
6:00am/11:30am/5:30pm

Warm up, then a strength followed by our WOD. 
Includes aspects of power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio. Class are thoughtfully programmed and cycled to help you attain your goals. Don't fear the barbell! All activities are scalable to any fitness level!
